About the event
We have an adequate numbers of volunteers who indicated their availability on their AGM RSVP form who will assist in preparing and tidying the Clubhouse before and immediately after the AGM that will have at least 50 Members in attendance.
If you would like to be placed on a back-up list for volunteering at this event. please RSVP and we will get in touch if your help is needed. If you don't hear from us by email before Friday, April 11, that means that your assistance is not required this time around.
Food/coffee/kitchen
Bake or purchase baked goods prior to Saturday morning
Purchase coffee, tea and cream and prepare hot water and coffee using the percolator
Load dishes into dishwasher and tidy up the kitchen
