- represents the online cost of the Club Membership Fee (annual fee plus 3%)

PLEASE NOTE that while the subscription option indicates "$377.00 every 1 month for 3 months", payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. This means:
- your 1st payment is charged on the day you purchase the subscription
- your 2nd payment is charged 1 months after first payment
- your last payment is charged 2 months after first payment.
