Some of you haven't tried yet, and some of you may have accidentally "Subscribed" rather than "Signing Up". Please follow these instructions carefully and give it a go. Thank-you for your cooperation and patience. You're almost there!
Please set aside 10-15 minutes to complete these steps in one sitting.
You can do this on your phone or computer, but because there are some parts of this particular process that are a bit clunky on phones, it may be a little easier if you do it on a computer.
Please read each of the instructions cafrefully.
You can refer to the images at the end of this section to see what and where you should click.
Here we go...
Go to the new Tunstall Bay homepage at https://www.tunstallbay.ca/
Go to the top right hand corner of the Tunstall Bay homepage, click on "Login" and when the form pops open, click on "Sign Up".
You may have attempted to to Sign Up, but in fact, you have only “Subscribed” on the Homepage as in the first image below. (So sorry, this one's on me. I have now changed the button to "Subcribed" instead of "Sign-Up").
Do not try to Login with your username and password from the old website, you must follow the steps to "Sign Up" to the new website.
Fill in the form with your personal details and a password.
In the Member Code section, enter your family's assigned member code (this will allow us to identify you and later connect you with any family members who would also like to use the members only sections of the website)
Click... on the "Join the Community" checkbox and then click the "Submit" button.
Then, confirm your email address... you will see a pop-up that says you will receive an email to confirm your email address - this email will arrive within a few minutes after you've submitted. Then, follow the instruction to enter the verification code provided (and prove that you are not a bot or a hacker).
Now, it's in our hands. We will need to manually approve you to become a site member. This may take some minutes or hours, but when we have done so you will receive another email letting you know.
After you receive a confirmation email, it's a great idea to test your Login in to the new website. Again, you will use the Login button on the top right hand corner, but this time you will enter the email and password you just created.
